NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Section 62.23 of Wis. Stats., the Town Board of the Town of Wolf River will meet at the Wolf River Town Hall at 8800 County Road II, Fremont, WI, on Monday, November 16 at 6:30 p.m. for the purposes of holding a public hearing to consider adopting a proposed Amendment to the Town of Wolf River Zoning Ordinance, Chapter C(4) Substandard Lots(a) The Substandard Lot or parcel is developed to comply with all other ordinance requirements; and (b) Except for Lots which meet the requirements in Schedule  (5) 1.06-B, a permit for the improvement of a lot having lesser dimensions than those stated in Schedule 5 shall be issued only if a variance is granted by the Town of Wolf River Board of Appeals and to Chapter D Section 1.16 Accessory uses and Structures (1)(b)(2) The floor area for garages and accessory structures in R1, R2, and MH1 districts on lots with an R1 uses and with a lot size up to 20,000 square feet shall not exceed 4,000 square feet in area, neither singularly or combined AND Schedule 1.06-B Substandard Lots, One Family Dwelling, Minimum yard setbacks front 30, from water 75, one side 5, total side 10, maximum building height 35, maximum % of lot covered 25%. 

All interested persons wishing to be heard at the Public Hearing are invited to be present.
